INCREASE YOUR SELF PAYMENT GAP WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE

Dear whom it may concern,<br> <br> I am a very upset customer. I am on your classic priority plan and when joining the plan I was told my self payment gap is R3500.00. I was satisfied that R3500.00 would be my self payment gap, should I reach that stage. I was never told that my self payment gap can increase. I have now entered m self payment gap and when enquiring how it works I was told by your call centre that my self payment gap is now R5170.00. This is R1670.00 more than I was originally advised by the Discovery agent that came to my attorneys firm and gave a presentation here.<br> <br> This is a classic case of misrepresentation! I am not satisfied with what has happened and I need answers!<br> <br>
