Incorrectly Quoted!!!

Used a Discovery Broker, had two overviews with two quotes, only to see my bank debited a totally different amount, when attempting to contact discovery I get nowhere - Johan van Wyk has been less than helpful passing blame to his PA, she sent me the incorrect quote for the plan she offered, but that’s now my problem to sort out? Mandy David would call me last Friday - still waiting. This entire experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Quote one amount and charge a higher amount. I want a withdrawal and refund!
