Incorrectly debiting my account

So, my medical aid is taken out with Discovery through my company, your payment gets deducted before I even get paid my salary, yet you tried to debit me directly tonight? Why? Luckily, I did not have the amount that you tried to debit in my account ,however, I have incurred a reversal fee by my bank. I expect this to be sorted out as I've also never given Discovery consent to debit my account.
