Incorrectly charged to medical savings

I am on one of the programmes. I went for blood tests a week ago but seems i was not charged from the programme i am on but the claim was made from my medical savings. Care to explain? I have too much of a headache running around saying the same thing all the time. Please rectify this before close of business Thursday 1 March 2018.
