Incorrect labels of "upgrade" and "downgrade of policies" - False advertising.
I've been a member of Discovery since 2012. in December 2017 I "UPGRADED" my plan. I was told I can "upgrade" once a year in a specific time frame and downgrade anytime. Have used new plan for 4 months and its not suiting my needs or my budget so I want to downgrade back to my previous plan. Lo and behold- moving back to my old plan is considered an "UPGRADE".
How can an upgrade work both ways? That makes absolutely no sense. I honestly feel the word "UPGRADE" is being used as false advertising here- a clever little loophole to prevent downgrades. It's not made clear which plans are downgrades.
I'm now looking for other affordable medical aids with the cover I actually need, not a plan that doesn't suit needs or pocket, with hidden "upgrade" requirements.
