Incorrect infromation provided
I have been referred by my doctor for a gastroscopy and, when contacting the medical aid, I was advised that my plan does not cover the procedure. Could you please clarify why the procedure is not covered under my plan, particularly as the gastroscopy will be performed in the doctor’s rooms?
