Incorrect information supp****

Im extremely disappointed in this medical aid, i go around telling people that i have the best medical and always advising them to choose discovery , little did i know that when you take the medical aid your not told the truth, my son needs to be admitted at hospital for theathre because he has been unable to sleep because of the pain in his teeth, my dentist send an email to request authorisation for theather admission and i get a reply that i need to make a payment of R1850 for my son to be admitted to get the procedure done on him, i just dont understand what the hospital benefit is for if i have to pay for my son to be admitted in hospital so i just need to know why do i have hospital cover and what is it for if they cant give admission for a hospital procdure and i would also like to know what else am i not covered for so i dont get any more suprises
