Incorrect information regarding query

Good day,<br> <br> I have been struggling for two weeks with Discovery regarding the following query. Everytime I get different feedback, yet the query is unresolved.<br> <br> My husband is on Ritalin LA40mg and uses two per day.<br> <br> The system only approves 1 and a half a day and he has been using this medication for years.<br> <br> His condition is not covered under chronic, thus we have a higher medical aid plan, providing for the money to pay for this medicine.<br> <br> If he does not use this medication he has no control over his muscle function. This is how important this medication is. Discovery is not seeing the importance in this matter.<br> <br> Feedback and a resolution for this matter is expected soonest.
