Incorrect information given to patients

I am a new member on Keycare plus. I had to see the doctor yesterday who wrote a prescription. The doctor checked the list of medications on the discovery website and made sure they were all covered on my plan. When I got to the pharmacy, discovery refused to pay for some medications. But they on your list?

Then today I check the app and I see I've used an out of network pharmacy. This is not the case. I checked on your website and the pharmacy is listed as a network pharmacy. I again confirmed this at the pharmacy. Today I called the helpline who confirmed the pharmacy is indeed a network pharmacy. The lady said she would reverse this, however, this has not been done.

I have done everything correctly to ensure I don't have issues with the medical aid. I have followed the guidelines on your website to the letter. So why are some items then unpaid? And why is this suddenly considered an out of network pharmacy visit? This needs to be reversed as this was the information supp**** to me by discovery.

Furthermore my doctor needs to load a new chronic condition using discovery ID. I have given all the correct permissions. Yet this doesn't show at the rooms. The app is constantly crashing and website doesn't work correctly. Really seems as if discovery has some tech issues to sort out.
