Incorrect info on Discovery DAYTODAY extended benefit website.

I utilized the DaytoDay Extended Benefit from Discovery. So in order for this benefit to work there are so many hoops you have to jump through and only if an online consultation is validated that you need to see a doctor physically then only does the benefit work. So I did all the hoop-jumping and phone calls and online consults etc. only to get to see a doctor as my injury required that, Discovery rejected the claim. Based on incorrect information on their website. So the doctor that i selected which on their website shows as as active member of this benefit working for Mr Uben Pillay rooms , actually was no longer their and is not a valid member for the extened benfit. But i didnt know this because i went on information discovery placed on their website. So i called them sent a complaint last year Oct 2022. They told me it would be escalated as i have screenshots etc of the information. I didnt hear from them since Oct , so i assumed payment was done. It is not 17/04/2023 they have never contacted me back to say anything and the doctor has not been paid. They are by far the worst medical aid scheme in SA. And they have the monopoly because most business use them so employees either deal with it or fit their own health care bill. And we pay alot for medical aid schemes but if you dont know their rules which they dont show you how to get the best from your benefits you will always be paying out of pocket,
