Incorrect Billing

<p>Good Day<br /> <br />According our plan we were only supposed to only pay maximum R10 for the medication, however Dischem (Retail Crossing - Roodepoort) told us that Discovery did not cover anything and we had to pay full price - which we paid (R10 + balance)<br /> <br />So who is responsible for paying us the balance - R304.19 if we were only supposed to pay a maximumn of R10?</p>
