Inconvenienced by discovery

I joined Discovery medical scheme in 2012, the last 8 years has been a huge inconvenience. Staff don't understand they're products,you speak to different call center consultants everytime you call and they all give you a different story. The complaints department is no different and their turn around time sucks.
