Inconsistant Service

I was told that I dont qualify for PMB. Inconsistant service every year.

Reviewer Update
I dont think this issue is resolved as the consulted who called me informed me that he will escalate the issue and revert back to me via a telephone call. I am still waiting for the feedback.
