Inconsiderate service and waste of my hard earned money

Im dying, I have been sick since Monday the GP I was using is far from where I live, I tried to go and was sent home because it was fully booked I then called to get a closer GP discovery says they can change the GP but it will be effective in June, so they dont care if I die, I hate this medical aid

I will die in the interim, I hope I never need a hospital while I have your medical aid I can not imagine having to nominate a hospital for a following month in your death bed, I know no-one will be accountable procedure is more important than my life
