INCONSIDERATE MONEY HUNGRY ORGINIZATION

We joined discovery health May 2023, and after almost 1 year of being members and of not submitting one single claim, my 9 year old has been admitted to hospital for a life threatening illness and just because it was excluded for the first 12 months of joining, they refuse to even just cover the hospital bed... after we have said we would cover the in hospital treatment. They just take take take ones monthly premium and refuse to even consider accommodating us with just the hospital bed. We are more than willing to cover the in hospital costs.... we just need then to cover the bed and the answer from them is NO!
