Inconsiderate and *********** agent (Kelly)

I must say that Discovery Health has lost its touch especially with the most recent inconsiderate *********** to say the least agent (Kelly) I dealt with. I had a sick child that needed to see a doctor and couldn't take them to the doctor because their list is full of doctors that are either not in the network or just don't practice anymore. For one Dr Akuoko no longer practices but he's on their list and I was told the doctor needs to send them an official letter stating that... What the hell happened to you running a spot check to make sure you're not selling a lie to your members?

The I get told I can only change my primary Dr effective the first of the following month because a sick child that needs to see a doctor is my problem and not theirs... So I had to pay cash for that consultation because I selected a doctor that wasn't practicing anymore again my fault.

Fast forward to the 23rd Apr 2024 I had a chat with Kelly who was going to send me a nurse consultation email so I can make use of that service seeing that the primary doctor I had wasn't practicing anymore... I am still waiting for that email.

I then spoke to Kelly who assured me that she changed my dependents' primary doctor to Dr. Lala... Guess what I go through my app only to find that none of the changes I requested and was told were done,were actually done. So I have to go and manually make the changes myself a few minutes go, because I got another son that needs to see the doctor.

Premiums going off without any issues and all I get is a plate of *** dung in my face for something as little as just changing my dependents' primary doctor. Tell me what would've happened had I not ched and I take my son to the doctor only to be told that they are not the nominated doctor? Again I'd have to use cash for my son to consult until the 1st of June when they can have the set doctor as a primary doctor.

I have never been so annoyed, disappointed and disgusted at the service I received from Kelly. 🤢 🤮 😡
