Incomptent handling of medical refunds.

Terrible customer service from discovery medical aid. Claims do not get refunded in the turn around time provided. For the amount of money I pay for my medical aid I do not expect this level of incompetence. Call centre agents are beyond ***********, always promising to resolve refund requests and it never gets done. Im cancelling this useless medical aid at the end of the year!!!
