I am set to have a kidney transplant and as part of that transplant I require workup procedures that should be covered by Discovery health. In FULL. <br> <br> According to Discovery there is a \basket of care"that pays out the fund. I was told to ask my Doc to send an out of hospital PMB form which he did. Jago Payne rep****. He said I already have approval for code N18.9<br> Reference: \""Application for Prescribed Minimum Benefits -MailRef#***#-\""<br> <br> Even after re-submitting every claim with code N18.9"
