***********? Understaffed? *********?
Cant write anymore or waste anymore time. Just want someone to contact me. Disgusting company. ********* procures. Complete lack of accountability and governance. Escalated an urgent health query for 2 months without a single response. Exhausted every damn channel. No response. They need to be shut down.

Basic questions. 25 minutes and this representative off yours refused to understand what I'm saying. it is so simple. She is *********** and rude. Escalate to her manager. People like her should not work for any company, let alone that affects peoples health and well being.
