*********** Staff & Lies

I have a small brain tumour. It was discovered through some very vigorous testing, including an MRI. According to my Prescribed Minimum Benefit, Discovery covers this MRI. Discovery paid partially for this, I covered R2750 myself. I was promised MULTIPLE times over the phone I would be reimbursed this amount. Discovery have now revoke any kind of competent payment, paying the wrong amounts to the wrong people, creating a negative account balance for my account with the radiologists. this payment has been reprocessed multiple times. I've spoken to a consultant 3 times a week for almost a month. It is still not fixed. I will leave this medical aid as soon as I am able, but I have a medical condition that I have to be helped with. The most *********** staff I have ever come across.
