<p>I emailed Discovery last week enquiring about the MSA for next year. The premium will increase next year, which is common practice and I understand that. What I do not undertand is why my MSA will decrease by nearly R 800.00 next year.</p> <p>I have received a reply from three different consultants all explaining to me why the premiums have increased, while this was not my query.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />They advise about practitioners increasing there fees and hospitals increasing the fees.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />If this is the case how does it make sense for the MSA to drop by so much.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />If it remained unchanged I wouldn't have a problem. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />I have rep**** to all three consultants saying that they are answering a question which I did not ask. They do not seem to understand this.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Discovery will be losing clients if this is the service that you offer.</p>
