New business department: Registration of a new born.

I sent all required documents on 06/11 and was told of a turn around time of 8 working hours. I've been following up since and still my baby is not yet registered. The hospital is calling every 2nd day as they need payment for my baby's stay.

Can the new business department do what they are paid for so me and my baby can rest.
