I am so fed up with Keycare.<br> I received an e-mail from Keycare to submit proof of income for the year. I completed the form and attached my payslips.<br> I then received another e-mail requesting my bank statements. I e-mailed the bank statements from August to October. After I e-mailed the 3 months bank statements, I received another e-mail requesting payslips. I got frustrated and called the call centre and I was told to attach all the documents in one e-mail and send it back. <br> <br> I did that, attached all the documents including 2 payslips and 3 months bank statements. I explained in my e-mail that I work as an estate agent and I only receive payslips only when I get paid and I only get paid commission. I got about 4 other e-mails requesting payslips or bank statements or both. <br> <br> I then lodged a complaint internally with Discovery by sending an e-mail to Mujeeb. I received a phone call from John working in Mujeeb's office who confirmed to me that he can clearly see that I have attached all the required documents.<br> He told me he forwarded that attachment himself to Keycare. I received an sms today stating that they have not received proof of income from me. I did submit all the documents
