I can’t believe how *********** lockdown has made discovery health employees!!! I moved from my newborn and I from my medical aid to my husband’s medical aid. Start date was supposed to be the 1st of August. Firstly they got my name incorrectly then they didn’t add my baby to the medical aid! We were told to upload documents to the website which we did but nothing was resolved! My husband is being placed on hold for a whole hour with a lady who sounded like she was still sleeping in bed!!! Currently my name is still incorrect and we are told my babies start date is on the 1st of September!!! We have discovery insure, health, life cover and vitality but we might have to move our business elsewhere! Wake up discovery!!!!!
