***********, constat mistake makers... just a nightmare

1.It took 3 months of back and forth to get my new wife on my medical aid without a waiting period. As newly weds dont have a waiting period... they **** to me and tried to get a waiting period on my policy. I held out and got them to add her without one.

2. I asked them to change my surname on my policy as I have just gotten married... They then did the opposite... they changed my wifes surname to my old surname... and now I have to get hold of them again to fix mistakes.

AND LASTLY and most annoyingly..

3. They only added my wife to my account on the 17th of March yet today the 3rd of April they charged me TWO MONTHS payment for her... how can this be? She hasn't even been on my policy for a full 2 weeks yet!

Instead of paying R2945... they charged me R4243.... THATS JUST NOT RIGHT!! ONE WHOLE extra month... for what??
