This guys are unprofessional and incompetence, this is the second time now I am experiencing issues with Discovery every time when I have to claim my money from them and they don't seem to learn, the asked me to send through a detailed report of the procedures the gyna did for my wife's visitation. Which I did and after two days they send an email saying the details are not complete and they don't even specify what details so I can rectify they just say \Dear Member<br> The details on the claim you sent to Discovery Health are incomplete.
