<p>I gave birth on the 18th August 2016, my baby is now only 4days old, while I was pregnant they picked up an issue with his kidneys, when he was born his assigned pediatrician did xrays on him where they picked up spots on both kidneys, the day we were discharged she advised that he needs to come in tomorrow 23Rd August for blood tests as they need to investigate what it is and how it is affecting him.... NOW I AM HIGHLY IRRITATED N ****D OFF WITH DISCOVERY AS THEY REFUSE TO LOAD MY SON ON MY MEDICAL AID UNTIL I SUBMIT A BIRTH CERTIFICATE... (KEEP IN MIND HE IS ONLY 4 DAYS OLD) YOU GUYS WNT TO TELL ME THIS IS NOT CONSIDERED AS AN EMERGENCY? TOMORROW I WAKE UP AND MY SON IS EITHER DEAD OR WORSE OFF THEN WHAT YOU GUYS REPLACE HIM FOR ME AS WELL??? Y WOULD A SPECIALIST NEED TO DO INVESTIGATIONS AND GIVS ME A SET DATE IF TJIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY? Every year you want to increase my fees and for what for me to any for a service I'm not receiving? I DONT C WHY HE CANT BE LOADED ON HIS DATE OF BIRTH IN THE MEAN TIME TILL I RECEIVE HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE, THIS WAS DONE WITH MY 1ST DEPENDANT THATS HOW I KNOW IT CAN BE DONE!</p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT TO BE CONTACTED BEFORE CLOSE OF BUSINESS TODAY WITH SOME CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK AS THIS IS REALLY PATHETIC THAT SOME SUPERVISOR AT A CALL CENTRE CAN TELL ME THAT A 4DAY OLD BABY WITH A KIDNEY PROBLEM IS NOT IMPORTANT OR AN EMERGENCY! This is the 2nd time I have to take the time to write a review on hello peter about u guys really pathetic </p>
