*********** and poorest service levels

I wrote a review 2 working days of which I got a response that someone will get back to me. I am still waiting. This is not on. Such a big company and this is the poorest of service levels. I am a member of Discovery for over 20 years and recently took out Discovery insure which I am now fouring if it was the right move
