I am sick and tired of Discovery’s *********** consultants. I am frustrated and stressed out of my mind. I WANT TO LEAVE NOW!!!!! Every week I am calling to resolve issues that your agents are creating for me. I called last week to resolve my baby’s registration and again your agent failed to do her job. She was supposed to call me back in a day, I waited a week and still no call. I called again and she said she would get back to me the next day and still NO call. I specifically told her I want to settle whatever I owe so I can leave and still nothing. Now my medical aid is suspended and I have an infant not on medical aid
