On Friday I called discovery and made a simple request. I asked the Discovery consultant to look at my tax certificate which was saying that discovery paid for all claims which is far From the truth to be fixed.

The consultant I spoke to did not sound interested in getting this issue resolved now I have received a tax certificate which still says discovery paid for all claims.

You people declined and short paid claims for my very sick baby last year. You declined that he gets genetic testing so that his doctors could know what he had and then treat him accordingly. Eventually his condition got out of hand because the doctors did not know what they were treating and now he has passed on. You are a horrible medical aid!

Now resend me the correct tax certificate that shows how horrible you are and also resend the correct tax certificate to SARS that shows how much declined in valid claims.

Do a proper job this time. I am sure there is someone who can send me and SARS the correct tax certificate. This is a simple request. Please also send me a review form, I would like to rate your *********** consultant that I spoke to on Friday.
