Discovery Health South Africa has absolute bull**** and unhelpful staff when it comes to medical aid. The departments do not communicate with each other and are extremely unproffesional. I have been trying to sort out my medical for the last 9 months and these *********** people keep saying that I owe an outstanding amount despite having received an sms to say that I have paid the amount.

Why are they rated the best medical aid in the country when they dont even have a proper administration system within the company!
