Incompetency

I have never seen such incompetence in my life I have beeb sending emails to discover to ask about my savings payouts since my medical aid was discontinued in December 31 and all they do is send me an email lying saying they tried contacting me where as no one has ever contacted me since iv been sending countless emails.. ********** 049081 here is my ID number can this be attended to asap..
