incompetence is firmly in the driving seat now no one HAS CONTACED ME

You claim to have sorted out my problem no it has not been sorted out. NO ONE hae even bothered to talk to me I get e-mails with password protect and as I have stated before I know I am stupid only having a standard 7 however, if you don't give me the password I can't open it. MY PROBLEM IS EXACTLY THE SAME NOTHING HAS CHANGED EXCEPT INCOMPETENCE IS NOW IN THE LEAD.
