I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Discovery Health’s handling of my son’s chronic medication approval process. Since December, I have been struggling to get the necessary medication approved for my son, and the level of incompetence displayed by Discovery Health is truly shocking.

Another issue that has been particularly frustrating is Discovery Health’s apparent lack of urgency, compassion, and understanding of the gravity of the situation.
