Incompetence

I have been trying for 3 weeks to get my tax certificate for the 2 months of the financial year (March and April 2017) I was a member of SABMAS the SA Breweries Medical Aid. This is now administered by Discovery. I have written 3 emails, 2 of which have been ignored and spoken to half a dozen consultants asking to be sent this tax certificate. I still don’t have it despite a man named Zola promising I’d have it in 5 minutes! And they keep sending my my Discovery Medical Aid certificate which they’ve sent me 3 times and seem incapable of comprehending that I need the one for my previous Medical Aid SABMAS. This is now delaying my SARS refund as they’ve demanded all my documents for review before paying the refund. Will Discovery/SABMAS pay the interest for delaying this payment?
