Inappropriate deception

Have submitted all scans as requested by the medical aid scheme due to my medical condition for my medication which is chronic as it's PMB however despite having submitted all ICD10 codes being deceived as the doctors cannot understand.

Good day,

I will have to phone Discovery and understand what they mean as I am 100% not sure why the ICD10 Code provided is not sufficient. Many At AGM currently complained of the same as the concern is discovery is bank instead of medical healthcare provider instead which is very concerning.
