Inadequate help functions like dot assistant and whatsup

I have tried these functions many times and matters weren't resolved due to limited and poor menu functions. The dot assistant is the worst. No mail address is provided to make enquiries. We are living in the modern age with modern technology which should make ones life easier. Instead it really is just a gimmick.
