Inability to assist and Resolve refunds/ Fund allocation over multiple months.

Discovery Life and Discovery Medical Aid

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing lack of service from Discovery.

Since July 2025, I’ve been trying to resolve a refund owed to me by Discovery Life. Despite sending proof of payment and signed refund documents multiple times, and speaking to numerous consultants, the matter remains unresolved.

Now, Discovery Medical Aid has handed over an amount—similar to what I'm owed—to an external collections agency, which has been charging me fees and harassing me with constant calls. This agency has been of no help in resolving the issue.

I find it completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a company like Discovery to handle internal matters in this way.

This is the first time I’ve ever felt so let down by a company’s systems that I’ve had to turn to social media to be heard — simply because no one is providing proper feedback or assistance.
