Inability to access discovery health app

Worst medical aid i have been with. I have recently joined the medical aid on the first of November and i havent been able to use any of their benefits nor even access their app. I cant log into my app and despite numerous calls and money wasted on trying to talk to relevant people i havent even been helped. I got a call last Friday as an update but the entire nothing. I am currently shopping for alternatives because these people are taking me for a ride…
