In Need of a consultant to look holistically at a patient

I have been diagnosed with Lupus as well as depression and bi polar. I pay nearly R5000 a month premium and because discovery does not pay my meds in full I still need R1000 additional for co payments. Why is it not possible to have a single case worker so that they understand what is required by the patient instead of having to speak to a different person each time that has no idea what your condition even means.. I now have to pick and choose my meds due to not being able to pay all the co payments. If I have a condition and Im paying so much why do I still have to tuho pay out of my own pocket. I cannot work and this is ****ing me to not get all my meds each month
