IN LIMBO ON CLAIM

On the 19th August 2021 , I wrote a review concerning a claim that had not been attended to by Discovery Claims . A male person ( did not get his name ) contacted me on the 19 th August 2021 on my cell and assured me that Claim would reflect as being attended to within 24hrs , of our conversation. Today is the 23rd August 2021 , and upon opening the Discovery App and searching my information, I see that NOTHING CONCERNING THE CLAIM IS REFLECTING . Discovery normally send me a e-mail showing details of a claim submitted , NOTHING I find Discovery extremely difficult to communicate with , really frustrating.
