In-House, Out-House Authorization
I was admitted to Emoya Med hospital on the 25th April 2023. I had to get a gastroscopy amongst other treatment. Discovery send me a authorizations letter on the 12 July that the procedure is approved. Auth number ***9. This authorization states that it is an in hospital procedure. Now I have received an account from the doctors room which informed me that Discovery does not want to pay, because it is out of hospital treatment. Can you help me with this problem as I receive no feedback from Discovery?
