In hospital claim and they dont want to pay

I had my wisdom teeth removed IN hospital. I paid my R4400 co payment. Before going into hospital i sent through my quotation from my maxillo facial surgeon to discovery in which they rep**** saying out of a R5500 bill they will pay R2500 plus minus out of my IN HOSPITAL benefit as it was being done IN HOSPITAL. Ive been back in forth around 7/8 times on the phone trying to get my portion paid. Whats even worce is that all my other claims like my co payment and anaethistist are hinging off this one that discovery are not paying. My reference is 4Z9IHW
