In Hospital Benefit Not Paid By Discovery

It's almost close of business, when will I get feedback. If my concerns was important to Discovery has they saying. I should have had this resolved days ago. Still no joy??????!

Another day as gone by and Still no joy from Discovery. All I get is an automatic response from Discovery that very another client get also. The response of saying my concerns are important. If it was important why am I still waiting for an answer. I received a bill this morning again from the Doctor rooms..... For outstanding amount(in hospital benefit) not paid by Discovery. This should have been resolved days ago By Discovery. Discovery just doesn't care much. This is a matter of urgency I cannot express anymore how urgent this is. It seem like the only way forward is now to stop paying Discovery then very quickly 100s of Discovery consultants will call back. And I should start looking at other Medical aid resources thats more efficient and that can give you a better service. What's the use paying for a medical aid when you can get any service. Discovery is expensive and they all about the money money money and noting more. No one even cares of calling to explain.
