impressed with customer service

On 19 October, I gave discovery health a call to change the day of my debit order. I got through to a consultant Trevor, what a consultant!!?? He explained every little detail to me making 100% sure he gives me all the information I might need. While I was waiting for the system, he took the time to run through all my information such as cell nrs ect. with me, which was great as I was not even aware of it that Discovery still had all my old information. Getting that out of the way Trevor made sure I was assisted optimally!! He was really a great consultant with a inspiring attitude. It really seemed to me that he knew exactly what he was doing and that he really enjoyed his job.A BIG compliment to Trevor!! In future I would most definitely ask to speak to him to guarantee satisfaction of dealing with Discovery. I hope someone gives this guy a proper pat on the back as this kind of service doesn't happen everyday.Not only did he assist me 100% with all I needed, he also called me yesterday, of which I missed the call but was very impressed by the follow up voicemail just checking if all is still fine.I certainly gave this guy a 10 on the service scale I received, he deserves 11 thou
