Impossible to reach anyone to talk to at DisCovery
Ive tried everything on their website to get someone to talk to me. I want my daughter and myself to move over to DisCovery from FedHealth. Ive tried logging in, bit it keeps on saying my ID is connected with another enail address. Once you call their phone line, it asks you again either for your ID then i get the same problem mentioned, or it asks you are you an existing member. I am not, and therefore the call is cut. I cannot get hold of anyone at DisCovery to switch over!!!

At the beginning i asked her to stop eating, because it sounded disgusting in my ear. She apologized, but continued throughout or discussion.
I informed her that my daughter is Remedial. She might be 24 now, but her brain is like 16.
At FedHealth, she is listed under my profile as a child, seeing as she will never work, marry or have children.
I have to look after her, her whole life.
I asked this agent if it would be possible at DisCovery aswell and she advised that DisCovery does NOT cater for Remedial individuals.
Please can you inform me why, if DisCovery is South Africa's number one Medial Aid provider, do they not assist with the fact that Remedial individuals cannot look after themselves or afford to optain or pay for their own Medical Aid...?
