Impossible to move from dependent to main member on my own policy

I have tried to move from a dependent on 1 policy to my own. Discovery processes to get this done is beyond stupid, they have 6 different consultants from different departments phone me instead of giving me 1 person to help throughout the process. Better off going with momentum or pps.
