Impossible to get assistance

When you're signing up, they will be quick to phone you. You'll get amazing assistance right until the point where you officially sign up. After that, you will get no help. You can't phone, you're forced to "chat" via whatsapp. Don't reply in a few minutes and they will drop you and then you can't get help. I am sincerely surprised at how bad it is.

Contacted me, but did not sort out any problem. Told me that they will send me an email address to email, alas, nothing. The amount of 1 star reviews in the past 2 weeks is not surprising at all
