Impossible to communicate with this useless company!

What a pathetic organisation!!!!!!!!

There is absolutely no way to contact them! I no longer have the cell number that was originally given to them, and now absolutely all of their "communication channels' have to send verification to that number BUT I do not receive the verifications, and so, I cannot communicate with this useless company.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Ther are far better options out there!

This company has deceptively communicated that I am covered for a certain chronic condition, but not that I want to make use of the scheme to cover my medication for the condition, they write me a letter stating that I am not approved for it!!!!
