Impossible to communicate with DH

Discovery health communication problem

It appears that DH does not want its members to contact them. Emails from DH are “no reply” so you can’t contact the originator nor answer his questions by email. Their call centre is a disaster trying to type in membership & ID numbers. It is impossible to get hold of an operator. Emailing healthinfo only result in an automated response and meaningless reference number. The following reference numbers ***, *** have been outstanding for a long time.
